Today NAFPA test.. Not really happy about the results.. All because of the stupid 'Sit&Reach' that let me get a D then i can't get gold anymore.. I WANT RE-TEST!!! lol.. My stamina had been dropping down already.. now i run 2.4 also so slow le.. sadsad..

2.4km run - 10mins+ 'A'
shuttle run - 9.8s 'A'
Sit-up - 49 'A'
Standing broad jump - 245cm 'A'
sit&reach - 36 'D'
Chin-ups - 11 'A'

After Nafpa went out with 2 of my april friends and 1 other friend.. went to find ice-cream cake.. since is the last year of sec sch and we are separating.. Hence, we decided to celebrate our birthday together for the 1st and the last time.. found some nice cakes.. yummy.. cost $40 per cake.. but abit small i don't think is enough for me.. so we're not confirm..LOL.. is like waste of time going out to haunting for CAKES..lol
